4th Circuit Won’t Delay Same-Sex Marriage Ruling. What Does That Mean for S.C.?
The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals refused today to delay its recent ruling that Virginia's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. That means same-sex marriages could begin in Virginia as soon as next week.
