Judge: Boulder 'potty peeper' still competent enough to proceed to sentencing

A Boulder District Court judge called a hearing this morning because she said she noticed a "deterioration" in the mental status of Luke Chrisco, but ultimately determined that Chrisco was still competent enough to represent himself at his sentencing in two weeks for a probation violation.
