The Pueblo City-County Health Department and the city of Pueblo wastewater department and stormwater utility will hold a recyclable waste collection day from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 10 at the Colorado State Fairgrounds, Gate 3 westbound off Mesa Avenue.
