There is a second Democrat running for the state House District 47 seat — Terrance J. Hestand, of La Junta. Hestand, 30, qualified for the June 24 primary ballot at the Colorado Democratic Assembly earlier this month. The other Democrat seeking that office is Lucretia “Robbie” Robinson, of Pueblo.
