A two-car crash in eastern Weld County claimed the lives of two people on Christmas Day, the Weld County Coroner’s Office reported Friday. The crash occurred shortly after 4:30 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 34 near milepost 135, about 17 miles east of Kersey.
