Nearly 10 percent of Texas seniors not on track to graduate

Test results show nearly 10 percent of all Texas high school seniors are not on track to graduate this year.The Texas Education Agency on Thursday reported December results of the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness, or STARR, exams.
