Poised for a vote; Late-night vote on Cats move to Hartford expected

HARTFORD — After more than a year of secret negotiations between the city of Hartford and the New Britain Rock Cats to bring the team to the Capital City, the nine-member City Council was scheduled Tuesday to finalize the move. Six votes are required to approve the measure.
