Winds: Visibility down to quarter-mile in some spots
The National Weather Service issued a high wind and dust storm warning from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and the weather cooperated. The winds started picking up around 10 a.m. Tuesday and began gusting to nearly 60 mph.
