PELLA — NCAA d3hoops.com named Central College freshman Colby Taylor of Creston the West Region Rookie of the Year. Central College is in the West Region, which consists of 60 colleges from Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, California, Washington, Oregon, Illinois, Colorado and Arizona.
