for 20 years I've noticed that Every office light in this building is turned on as early as 5:00am. Why? Most workers arrive about 7:30am. What a waste of power to turn all these lights on, every business day and wait at least 2 hours before the workers arrive. This building, located on the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood Colorado, is leased by the Department of the Interior (Federal Givt). Cool picture though. I took this yesterday morning right before dawn.
