Rockies Send Down Brothers, Barnes; Betancourt Makes Team
The Colorado Rockies sent veteran reliever Rex Brothers and outfielder Brandon Barnes to the minors Wednesday, opening a roster spot for 39-year-old reliever Rafael Betancourt in his comeback from elbow surgery.
