Marijuana market is expanding

The market for marijuana is changing, and not in a healthy way, say law enforcement officers and county attorneys in the southern Panhandle. The increased levels of THC in products coming from Colorado, including hash oil, buds and edibles, can cause serious side effects similar to methamphetamine.
