Two men charged with felonies in unrelated traffic incidents Saturday night
An El Jebel man driving on Emma Road swerved in front of the wrong car just before midnight Saturday. Cesar Enrique Garcia made some erratic driving moves as Basalt Police Officer Aaron Munch watched from his patrol car.
