Berthoud disqualifies all signatures on petition to put annexation on ballot
Colony Ridge resident Gary Richardson said he was shocked when he got the news from the town of Berthoud: None of the 314 signatures collected to place the recent Heron Pointe annexation on the ballot were valid.
