TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A wetland is land that is covered/saturated with water, permanently or seasonally. It usually has plants and animals not seen anywhere else that require a lot of water with areas of land as well. This ecosystem is vital to earth but is diminishing at an alarming rate.
