Republicans are expected to advance a proposal to repeal a Democrat-sponsored law that limits the size of ammunition magazines to 15 rounds. Using their new Senate majority, GOP lawmakers are sure to move their repeal measure out of its first committee Monday and eventually out of the chamber.
