Lions club opens registration for bike fest
The Ballinger Noon Lions Club is registering cyclists for its 40th Colorado River Bike Fest on April 25 at Runnels County Courthouse, 613 Hutchings Ave. Registration begins at 7 a.m. Bicycle tours begin at 8:30 a.m.
