FORT COLLINS — A pedestrian struck by a train in northern Colorado has been identified as a 16-year-old girl from Wellington. The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office says the teen was hit in Wellington just before 5 p.m. Monday. Investigators have not said why the victim was on the tracks.
