Longview police officers Gene Duffie, Grace Bagley and Glenn Derr have been on paid administrative leave since the shooting. Public Information Officer Kristie Brian says Bagley and Derr shot 17-year-old Kristiana Coignard inside the police station lobby, after Coignard threatened officers with a kitchen knife.
