Boulder judge issues arrest warrant for Libyan refugee after she fails to appear
A Boulder District Court judge issued an arrest warrant for Libyan refugee Iman al-Obeidi when she failed to appear in court this morning for a hearing after appearing late to a hearing last week and receiving a warning.
