Sanderson letter: Laramie residents go above and beyond

In early November, while headed to northern Colorado for an elk hunt, I went into the ditch off a muddy road 20-plus miles south of Laramie. It’s likely that my four-wheel-drive pickup could have made it out unassisted, had I not hit a culvert and rolled my pickup on its side.
