By Susan Dunlap - Sun-News Protesters outside the Grant County Administration Building November 14 when the Interstate Stream Commission met in Silver City to hear public comments on the Gila River diversion issue. The ISC met Monday in Albuquerque and decided in favor of a diversion project.
