JONESVILLE — Charles Raymond Baxter, 74, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, Nov. 17, 2014. He was born March 12, 1940 in Wayne to Maurice and Evelyn (Elliott) Baxter. Chuck was married Sept. 21, 1963 to Marjorie Yarger and she survives.
