The hours upon hours of work, and miles upon miles of sweat put in by two Logan County cross country runners during the 2014 season came to fruition on Saturday as Merino senior Bailey Walser ran in the Class 2A state meet at Cheyenne Mountain High School in Colorado Springs, while just a few miles away Sterling junior Isaac Bernatchez ran in the Class 3A meet at the Norris Penrose Event Center.
