Idaho senior guard Stacey Barr was named the Big Sky Conference's Preseason Player of the Year on Monday by College Sports Madness. Barr, the 2014 Western Athletic Conference Player of the Year and Tournament MVP, finished last season with a team-high 18.2 points per game.
