The National Western Stock Show has named Denver businessman and philanthropist Philip Anschutz as its 2015 Citizen of the West, an award whose recipients "embody the spirit and determination of the Western pioneer and perpetuate the West's agricultural heritage and ideals," according to stock show officials.
