Downpours sweeping across the Bluegrass have caused reports of high water in numerous locations, including Hamburg Pavilion. Police said one driver in the shopping center was caught up in the rising waters that covered the road, leaving him stranded for a short time. He was able to leave his car safely. We're told the flood waters have since receded.
