Feds: Mexican man shot by Border Patrol agent in 2010 did not pose a threat
TUCSON, Ariz. — A Mexican man shot by a U.S. Border Patrol agent in Arizona four years ago did not pose a threat, according to a letter by federal prosecutors in Arizona who reviewed the case.
