Legally blind Colorado resident Leila Marie McCoy said Monday she isn't giving up on her legal action a federal judge dismissed in May seeking $25 million from Topeka Unified School District 501, the Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority, Topeka lawyer Renee Netherton, the state of Kansas and the Kansas Department for Children and Families.McCoy said her case isn't about the money.
