Oregon St. has received the commitment of another tight end, continuing Coach Mike Riley's long standing practice of accumulating talent at the position. And with Connor Hamlett and Jacob Wark both graduating, there is immediate room at the tight end position, where both Caleb Smith and Kellen Clute will be seniors by the time Sims arrives.
