Gary Hinton, owner of Goldsboro-based North Carolina Sound Photo, presents a digital simulation of an actual lock-down alert now functional at Onslow County’s 37 schools at the Southwest High School library on Wednesday morning. All school principals met at the library to learn about the new system.
