Janice Lee Forbes, age 75, of Ellenboro, NC passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Hospice of Forest City. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Cleveland Funeral Services and Crematory Chapel, conducted by Rev. Andrew Rawls.
