Flash flooding possible again today

With the ground already saturated and more rain in the forecast, the National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for parts of southern Colorado. The watch covers all of El Paso County, all of Teller County and a small sliver or northeastern Fremont County. It will go into effect at noon and expire at midnight.
