The modest basement studio of the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, below Colorado Mountain College off of Highway 82, has grown into more than a practice space for the 10 dancers in the local company. It is an incubator for emerging choreographers and the birthplace of award-winning contemporary dance pieces.
