ALAMOSA — A Colorado State Patrol (CSP) trooper located two children Tuesday night around 11:30 p.m. in Alamosa after New Mexico authorities issued an Amber Alert earlier in the day for James Wilkins, 6 months, and Michael Standingbear, 8 years old.
