Average rent prices reach all-time high in northern Colorado, statewide

As rent prices in northern Colorado hit an all-time high this quarter, Greeley’s average rate rose 12.6 percent over the same time period last year. The average rent in Colorado hit an all-time high of $1,026, according to a news release from the Colorado Division of Housing.
