Colorado Springs Police are asking for help to find an at-risk adult who went missing from an assisted living facility. Vicki Hoffman, 50, was last seen at a care facility in the 300 block of Elkton Dr. Saturday morning (5/3/14). Police say Hoffman suffers from several medical conditions.
