Scott D. Wells, 52, of Cheyenne, Wyo., formerly of Ft. Collins, died April 9, 2014 at Medical Center of the Rockies. Scott was born April 10, 1961 in Ft. Collins to O. Rex Wells and Dorothy "Green" Wells. Scott graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in 1979. He then graduated from Colorado State University in 1986.
