Convicted sex offender cuts off monitor, escapes Colo. group home
DENVER, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Authorities in Colorado said they were trying to apprehend a convicted rapist on lifetime parole after he cut off an ankle monitor and left a Denver group home.
