DENVER - Avalanches are one of the risks skiers face when skiing in a Colorado ski resort, ruled the Colorado Court of Appeals. An in-bounds avalanche killed Christopher Norris in Winter Park, two days after an in-bounds avalanche killed Taft Conlin in Vail.
