EAGLE — A masked assailant robbed the Comfort Inn in Eagle at gunpoint Monday night. The robbery happened around 7 p.m. After the gunman fled the hotel, he rendezvoused with a getaway car parked at City Market, according to Eagle Police Chief Rodger McLaughlin.
