IRS-certified volunteers will be at the High Plains Library District, 2650 29th St., to provide free tax services for low- and middle-income taxpayers, with special attention to those over 60. Appointments must be scheduled and can be arranged from 9 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. Tuesdays-Thursdays through April 14.
