Congratulations to the Colorado Water Conservation Board and staff for presenting the first full draft of the Colorado Water Plan to Gov. Hickenlooper last Wednesday in Denver. The draft plan provides a solid framework for the citizens of Colorado to further define how we will protect our healthy rivers and streams and the farms, ranches, recreation, tourism and communities that depend on them.
