A handmade sign, which says, 'Why shoot? What happened to tazers (sic) !!!' on a vehicle belonging to Brandon Atencio's family. His family said they couldn't talk to the media until after the investigation. Atencio was killed by a Cañon City Police Department officer Thursday after an altercation.
