VA tells Congress it has plan to pay for over-budget Denver veterans hospital
DENVER — The Veterans Affairs Department told Congress it wants to tap a $5 billion fund for improving health care to finish the over-budget Denver VA hospital, Sen. Michael Bennet's office said Monday.
