PHOENIX — Ryan Pace put an important tenet of his philosophy on the record Tuesday. Sitting in a courtyard at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel and taking a break from the NFL owners meetings, the Bears general manager wanted it known he will consider drafting a quarterback this spring.
