Christine Mary Garcia, 65, of Laramie, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014, at Ivinson Memorial Hospital. Christine was born Dec. 22, 1948, in Laramie to Jacinto and Elena (nÊe Martinez) Garcia and was the youngest of 13.
