FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) – Allstate Insurance has come out with its annual America’s Best Drivers report. Based on the number of insurance claims in America’s 200 largest cities, Fort Collins, Colorado has the fewest accidents, reporting one every 14.2 years.
