ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Pacific Coast League announced Monday that RHP Justin Germano of the Round Rock Express has been named the league's Pitcher of the Week for July 21-27. DH Matt McBride of the Colorado Springs Sky Sox earned PCL Player of the Week honors.
