IRVINE, CA -- Standard Pacific Corp. announced the acquisition of the homebuilding operations of Austin, Texas builder Streetman Homes. The acquisition strengthens Standard Pacific's move-up position in Austin, giving the Company control of approximately 850 additional homesites in this market.
